Family Therapy in St. Louis
For when everyone needs support, and you don’t even know where to start.
There’s no manual for parenting a child with big behaviors or healing generational trauma - but we’re here to give you support, clarity, and tools to help guide the way.
Well, this isn’t how you thought parenting would be.
In case no one has, let us be the first to tell you that there is no shame in feeling like parenting is overwhelmingly hard. Whether your child is having big behaviors that Google hasn’t helped with, or you’re noticing your own childhood wounds coming up in your relationship with your child, we’re here to support you, too.
Family Therapy Can Help Your Family By…
Providing coaching to help you understand your child’s behavior and how to respond to it
Giving you new strategies to connect with your child
Uncovering your strengths, and helping you use them when facing new challenges
Finding and practicing new communication skills you can use with your child
Challenging your beliefs about what being a “good” parent means
Helping process and heal from past trauma, so you can show up for your child and yourself
Therapy Fees
In order to ensure the most focused care for our families through a smaller caseload for each provider, we are not in-network commercial insurance plans.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA, and Home State Health Medicaid. Many of our families have success with applying for out–of-network reimbursement for our services! Learn more here.

Intake Session | 60 minutes
$175 PER SESSION
Our first session includes you as the parent or caregiver and your child. We’ll spend 60 minutes together talking through your child’s and family’s struggles, and begin developing a plan that supports your whole family.
Continuing Care | 45 minutes
$150 PER SESSION
Follow-up sessions focus on working directly with your child, you, or your whole family to address specific needs and challenges. We also provide pediatric therapy strategies for parents or caregivers to support ongoing progress at home, ensuring a holistic approach to your child’s development and emotional well-being.
We promise we’re not here to label you as a “good” or “bad” parent.
Please believe us when we say we have no interest in judging and labeling your parenting. Instead, we’re here to provide help through family therapy: uncovering what parenting means to you, how you want it to look, and helping you get there.
